Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern the conditions between the operating company ("MetEnd", "Platform") and the natural or legal person ("User") who accesses or uses the Platform. The operating company's full legal name will be published on this page once its incorporation is complete.

By accessing the Platform or creating an account, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms, the Privacy and Cookie Policy and the Data Protection Notice.

• Platform: The MetEnd website and mobile applications.
• Individual Account: An account opened on behalf of a natural person.
• Corporate Account: An account associated with a business/organization via an approved application or invitation.
• Content: Listings, profiles, messages, images and files created by Users.

MetEnd is a B2B business network and marketplace connecting manufacturers, suppliers, installers and service providers. The Platform offers functions such as publishing listings, exchanging offers and pricing, orders, messaging, following and corporate relationships (customer/supplier/reference).

MetEnd is not a party to the commercial relationships between users. Users are responsible for the content, performance and product/service quality of offers, orders and contracts; the Platform merely provides an intermediary environment bringing the parties together.

Sign-in to the Platform is passwordless, via a one-time code (OTP) sent to your email. You are responsible for the security of your account and email access.

Corporate accounts are associated via an approved application or invitation. A user acting on behalf of an organization represents and warrants that they are authorized by that organization. The organization and the acting user are jointly responsible for actions taken on behalf of the organization.

You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate, current and complete.

You agree to use the Platform in accordance with applicable law, the rules of good faith and these Terms. In particular, you undertake to refrain from the following:

• Creating misleading, false or fraudulent listings/offers.
• Infringing another party's intellectual property, personal or contractual rights.
• Sharing spam, fraud, counterfeit products, unlawful or inappropriate content.
• Engaging in acts that endanger Platform security, automated data collection (scraping) or abuse.
• Harassing, threatening or disturbing other users.

Users are responsible for the content they create. MetEnd reserves the right to remove content contrary to these Terms or the law, disable access to it, or restrict the relevant account.

You can report listings, messages, and person and organization profiles via the in-app reporting mechanism. Reports may be filed on grounds such as spam, unlawful content, fraud, misleading content, hate speech, harassment, fake/impersonating accounts, intellectual property infringement and off-platform redirection.

Reports are reviewed by the moderation team; where necessary, content is removed or measures are applied to the account.

The Platform's software, design, brand and content (excluding user content) belong to MetEnd or its licensors and are protected by applicable law.

The User represents that they hold the necessary rights and authority to publish the content they create and grants MetEnd the necessary license to display such content on the Platform.

The Platform is provided "as is". MetEnd does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free; the service may be suspended for maintenance, updates or technical reasons.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MetEnd cannot be held liable for transactions between users, indirect damages, or damages arising from user content.

In case of a breach of these Terms, MetEnd may warn, temporarily suspend or close your account. The User may request closure of their account at any time.

When an account is closed, subject to retention obligations, your data is processed in line with the periods stated in the Privacy and Cookie Policy.

MetEnd may update these Terms. Significant changes are announced through appropriate means and the current text is published on this page. Continuing to use the Platform after a change means you accept the current Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes shall be resolved by the courts and enforcement offices competent for the place of residence, which will be published on this page once the company's incorporation is complete; jurisdiction rules under the applicable legislation for consumer transactions are reserved.
